Platinum Electrical is a growing company with a wealth of property maintenance and service experience. We currently service over 10,000 rental properties and strive to provide the highest level of service to all Real Estate Agencies, Property Managers, Owners and Tenants.

We understand the process involved with; Works Orders (through REST and CONSOLE Systems), contacting Tenants, Form 9 Requests, access rights under the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008, Invoicing, Quoting and contacting Owners when the need arises.
